To be a superhero, you need three types of fuel:
- Energy Givers: Rice, Potatoes, and Bread (For running!)
- Body Builders: Milk, Eggs, and Dal (To grow tall!)
- Protectors: Fruits and Vegetables (To fight germs!)
👾 Level 3: Mini-Boss Battles (Life Skills)
Rohan ate a chocolate bar, but Neha ate a banana before the race. Neha won because the banana gave her lasting energy, while the sugar made Rohan tired quickly!
Just like a seedling needs water and good soil to become a big tree, you need milk and proteins to grow your bones and muscles every day.

Go to your kitchen with Mom or Dad. Find 3 items that come from plants and 2 items that come from animals. Draw them in your notebook!
At dinner tonight, count how many colors are on your plate. Can you add a green leaf or an orange carrot to make it more colorful?
