🎯 1. Concept: Why do Animals have different skins?
Animals don’t wear clothes like we do. Instead, they have special body coverings that act like a suit of armor or a warm coat!
Types of Coverings:
- Fur/Hair: Keeps animals warm (Example: Bear, Dog).
- Feathers: Help birds fly and keep them dry (Example: Duck, Parrot).
- Scales: Protect the skin and help move (Example: Fish, Snake).
- Shell: A hard house for protection (Example: Turtle, Snail).
💡 2. The “Job” Rule
Every animal’s outfit has a special Job:
- If it lives in the cold, it needs thick Fur.
- If it lives in water, it needs smooth Scales.
- If it is slow, it needs a hard Shell to hide.
🌍 3. Science in Our Daily Life
Example: Have you seen a duck swimming? Ducks have Feathers covered in a special oil that makes water slide right off. It’s like wearing a built-in raincoat!
